Policyholders will have access to their own expert Neurodiversity and Special Needs Adviser for themselves and their dependent children. The Adviser will listen and provide them with bespoke advice and support to help empower them to take the best steps forward to improve their situation.

How do I access these services?

Once registered for My Westfield choose Neurodiversity Support and follow the onscreen instructions.

Neurodiversity and Special Needs cover an extensive range of conditions, from ADHD, autism and dyslexia to learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs. These conditions can bring considerable challenges and unique skills. Access to expert advice and support can be life changing. Neurodiversity and Special Needs Advice is a whole of workforce benefit helping neurodivergent employees maximise their potential, supporting employees with family caring responsibilities and helping managers create a neuro-inclusive environment.

  • Unlimited neurodiversity support and special needs advice from the specialist team at Grace Consulting.
  • Practical advice, guidance and support on issues relating to neurodiversity and special needs.
  • Advice about all conditions and issues related to neurodiversity and special needs including:
    • How to achieve relevant and timely assessments
    • Strategies and resources to help manage conditions
    • Strategies to assist performance and supportive environments at work
    • Accessing appropriate assistance at schools and colleges, including EHCs
    • Independent living skills, supported housing and adult support services
    • Rights, responsibilities, legislation and allowances
